Mike Drew: I cannot begin to convey the enthusiasm for the Reno event being expressed by the people who are here. They are simply amazed and dumbfounded at how great the facility, location, and activities are. I have yet to hear from a single person who would even remotely entertain the idea of returning to Las Vegas next year--the people here are totally sold on Reno!
Larry Finch: Whether by choice or circumstance, those of you who did not attend this year's Fun Rally missed out, BIG TIME! From the host hotel being just two short blocks off the Interstate to the great weather, the entire event was a smashing success.
Jim "Coz" Cozzolino: The weather, the hospitality room layout, the car show and the frendliness of the hotel staff. All and all, a great event and a great location. The best in the 5 years I've been involved.
Cindy Harris: ... did the Harrah's dinner and the street display. Enjoyed both, but Harrah's was fantastic!
Mike Thomas: Downtown location, easy freeway access, great facility, close parking, varied events
Doug Braun: For those of you who missed the Track Day in Fernley during the Reno Fun Rally, I HIGHLY recommend you try it the next time it happens. This was just too much fun! [...] I drove my Pantera from the Seattle area, down to Reno, ran it at the track and drove it home (about 1800 total miles). So to borrow a term from Mad Dog, I'm calling all you who brought your car to the Fun Rally, but didn't run it at the track, SLACKERS.
Richard Boschert: My only complaints are I wish it were at least one day longer, and I wish I had gotten more sleep before I got there so I could have done more!
Jim Nowlin: As always the people are the best part of a POCA Rally, but this year the infrastructure of Reno made it far more enjoyable. The cars in the hospitality area, the public display, the new track and all the close-by things to do made it more fun for everybody.
Julian Kift: For me it was a great mix of options with plenty offered for everyone. Personal favorites were the PCNC track event, Museum dinner and Downtown display.
Chuck Banks: Track time at noon was a blast. I can't wait to get back next year. The go-kart track was super fun. Meeting people was great. The tech. tips were super. Enough said, I had a wonderful time.
John Schirmer: Very well organized. The cars in the ballroom were great. Lots to do in Reno. Car show downtown was very nice.
Larry Larson: What I enjoyed about Reno. All of the event. Much more intimate, enjoyed the track, the fun runs and the Harrah's Auto Collection. The meal at Harrah's was fantastic. A good time by all. My kids even took the time to thank me along with a letter as to why I was the best dad in the world.

The following letter was written by a woman who happened to be staying at the Circus Circus hotel during the Fun Rally. She sent it to the hotel management who forwarded it to us.
My daughter and I had the opportunity to enjoy our two night free stay with Circus, Reno. What a great time we had. I appreciate that we were able to participate in the many fun activities available to us.
The two nights we were there the Pantera Club was also at your hotel. We had the opportunity to go down to the Convention Center and be guests of the club. They were very friendly and took us on a tour to look at all the nice Pantera cars. We dropped over $100 there and came home with some good memories and keepsakes. They made us feel as if we were part of their family. Apparently, this was their first year at Reno and I feel it was our once in a lifetime event. We were told by the operator about the races in Fernley on Friday and were able to stop and watch the races on our way back to Eden, Utah. One of the drivers took my daughter around the racetrack for two laps in his Pantera; now she wants a Pantera. Actually, in all reality I would also like to have a Pantera just so I could join their club.
My heart was filled with joy, because my daughter and I fought for her life between her ages four and seven. She was diagnosed at that time with Leukemia and underwent three years of chemotherapy. We almost lost her three times and I feel very blessed that we still have her here today. She is cured! She is almost 18-years-old today and is our miracle child. To see her riding in that car was a feeling of accomplishment.
Thank you so much for the experience we enjoyed together. Without the free two night stay, I do not think we would have been able to have these new memories we now have. I will definitely tell all of my friends and will highly recommend your casino.

Asa Jay Laughton: We especially enjoyed the "unveiling" of select Panteras during the banquet award ceremony. It was awesome. In addition the whole "feel" of the event was cleaner than Las Vegas. The hotel had less smoke to deal with, the rooms seemed cleaner and the general area around the hotel was neat, uncrowded, easy to drive around and we even found a park within a few blocks that Sam could play in. Everyone in the Spokane party voted emphatically to return to Reno if we could.
Tom Pilar: The drive there. Even though I worried the whole way. The cars on the plaza. Virgina City. The track, even though I didn't drive. The raffle was good as always.
Richard Barkley: The special events. Particularly the dinner at the museum, the lake tahoe tour (did the boat house + the paddle wheel), and the Virginia St. display. Maybe I'll get out on the track next year.
